Pluto is the voice in your head that: tells you that you should be in control in situations and relationships  

The History: Pluto was discovered at the Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff, Arizona, by astronomer Clyde Tombaugh in 1930. He had hypothesized its existence in 1905 based on calculations he made after studying the orbits of Neptune and Uranus – neighboring planets 

The Astronomy: Pluto is the furthest away from the Sun. It’s located in the Kuiper belt an area full of planetoids with icy bodies. As of 2006, Pluto was denoted from a planet to a planetoid. Shh…don’t tell him that. He’ll be super angry. 

It’s made up of: ice and rock and is 1/3 water. 

Can you see it with the naked eye: Nope 

The Mythology: Pluto was named after the Roman god of the underworld

Pluto fun facts

 - Pluto has five known moons

- Pluto got its name from an 11-year-old girl from England. She told her grandfather that the new planet should have the name if the Roman god of the underworld. Her grandfather then passed the name on to Lowell Observatory. The name also honors Percival Lowell, the founder of the observatory, whose initials are the first two letters of Pluto

If Pluto was a person or thing, it would be: Darth Vader, the most powerful Jedi and someone you don’t want to mess with
